External Content Policy

Terms governing third-party content, links, and integrations used with the Platform.

1. Preface

This External Content Policy describes how the Platform may interact with third-party content, websites, applications, and services, including through hyperlinks, embedded media, plug-ins, and integrations. It applies to Customers and End Users who access external content through the Platform or who configure third-party tools in connection with the Platform. Effective Date: February 21, 2026. Last Updated: February 21, 2026.

2. Definitions and Relationship to Other Documents

Capitalized terms used in this External Content Policy have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service, including Company, Platform, Customer, Organization, Instructor, Learner, End User, Content, Personal Data, Controller, Processor, and Subprocessor. This External Content Policy supplements the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, and should be read together with them.

The Platform may allow Content to include links to third-party websites and may allow embedded content such as video players, documents, widgets, or other materials provided by third parties. External content may be subject to third-party terms, policies, and technical behavior, including the use of cookies and tracking technologies, which the Company does not control.

4. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

The Platform may provide optional integrations with third-party services, such as analytics tools, messaging services, or payment processors. Integration availability and supported providers are described in the Platform documentation and may change. If a Customer enables or uses an integration, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that its use complies with applicable law, including data protection and consumer protection requirements, and for ensuring that End Users receive appropriate notices where required.

5. Responsibility Allocation

External content and third-party services are provided by third parties and are not part of the Platform as provided by the Company. The Company does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for third-party services or external content, including their availability, security, legality, or accuracy. Any transaction, relationship, or dispute between a Customer or End User and a third party is between those parties, and the Company is not responsible for third-party actions or omissions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection Considerations

External content and integrations may result in the disclosure of Personal Data or device information to third parties, such as IP address, device identifiers, or interaction data. Where the Customer acts as a Controller, the Customer is responsible for determining whether and how to enable external content or integrations and for implementing appropriate safeguards and notices. Where the Company acts as a Controller for its own website operations, the Company will describe its practices in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Subprocessor and third-party provider details are available upon request by contacting heretohelp@openmirai.com.

7. Removal, Restrictions, and Compliance Actions

The Company may restrict or disable certain external content or integrations where the Company reasonably determines that they create security risk, violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or materially impact Platform performance. The Company may also remove external links or embedded content in response to valid legal requests, notices, or claims. The Company will provide reasonable notice before restricting or disabling external content or integrations where feasible, except where immediate action is necessary to address security risks or legal requirements.

8. Updates to this External Content Policy

The Company may update this External Content Policy from time to time. The Company will publish the updated version within the legal documentation portal and may provide additional notice of material changes by reasonable means. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect on the effective date specified in the updated External Content Policy.
