1. Preface

This page describes how Customers and End Users may contact the Company for legal notices, privacy requests, and other policy-related communications. 2. Definitions and Relationship to Other Documents

Capitalized terms used in this page have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service, including Company, Platform, Customer, Organization, Instructor, Learner, End User, Content, Personal Data, Controller, Processor, and Subprocessor. This page is incorporated by reference into documents that require a notice or contact procedure, including the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Security Policy, and the DMCA Copyright Policy.

4. Contractual Notices

To the extent a Customer is required to provide notices to the Company under the Terms of Service, the Terms of Sale, the DPA, or an order form, the Customer should send notices to the Company using the notice method specified in the applicable agreement. The Company’s preferred notice method and any requirements regarding delivery confirmation are as follows: The Company’s preferred notice method is email to heretohelp@openmirai.com. Delivery confirmation may be requested by the sending party. Unless otherwise stated in an order form, the Company may accept notices by email where permitted by applicable law.

5. Privacy Requests

Individuals may submit requests to exercise rights under PDPA, GDPR, or other applicable law by contacting the Company using the privacy contact details above. The Company may require information necessary to verify identity and to locate the relevant Personal Data, and may request that the request be submitted through a Customer administrator where the Company processes the relevant Personal Data as a Processor on behalf of a Customer. Response timelines and any applicable fees will comply with applicable law.

6. Security Reports

Suspected security vulnerabilities or incidents affecting the Platform may be reported using the security reporting contact above. The Company encourages responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. Reports submitted in good faith will not result in legal action against the reporter. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide an initial assessment within 30 days. Further details may be described in the Security Policy.

Copyright notices and counter-notices should be submitted as described in the DMCA Copyright Policy. Copyright-related submissions should be sent to heretohelp@openmirai.com. Designated agent details are provided in the DMCA Copyright Policy.

8. Communications and Language

The Company may communicate with Customers and End Users about legal documents and policy changes by email, through the Platform, or by other reasonable means. The Company provides documentation in English and Thai. The English language version prevails in the event of inconsistency between translations. Interpretation rules for translated documents are set out in the Terms of Service.

9. Updates to this Page

The Company may update this page from time to time. The Company will publish the updated version within the legal documentation portal and may provide additional notice of material changes by reasonable means. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect on the effective date specified in the updated page.
