Manage Subscription Plans in the Admin Platform

This guide explains how to use the subscription management pages in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

• review existing subscription plans
• search, filter, or sort the subscription list
• create a new subscription plan
• open one plan to review its details
• add or remove included courses, bundles, or products
• review learners currently using a subscription plan

Open Subscription Management

To open the main subscription page:

1. Go to Management > Subscriptions.

This page shows all subscription plans available in your platform.

If Subscription Features Are Not Available

On plans that do not include subscription or payment features, OpenMirai can show an upgrade prompt instead of the full subscription tools.

If that happens, use the link in the prompt to review your platform plan and billing settings.

Understand The Subscription List Page

At the top of the page, OpenMirai shows:

• the Subscription title
• the number of matching results
• a search field
• a Create button
• a filter panel

Below that, OpenMirai shows a table of subscription plans.

Use this page when you want a quick overview of all plans before opening or editing one.

Search Subscription Plans

Use the search field to find a subscription plan by name.

This is useful when:

• your platform has many plans
• you already know the plan name
• you want to open one plan quickly

Filter By Status

Use the filter panel or the Status column filter to narrow the list by subscription status.

The current status options include:

• Active
• Inactive

Use this when you only want to review plans that are currently in use or plans that are not active.

Sort The Subscription Table

You can sort the table by:

• plan name
• number of courses
• number of bundles
• number of products
• price
• learner count

Use sorting when you want to compare plans more easily or find the plans with the highest usage.

Understand The Subscription Table

Each row can show details such as:

• plan name
• number of included courses
• number of included bundles
• number of included products
• monthly price
• learner count
• status badge
• an action menu

Select a row to open that subscription plan.

Use The Row Action Menu

Each subscription row includes an action menu.

Available actions can include:

• Edit
• Delete

Important detail:

• Delete is only available when the plan has no learners

Use this rule as a safety check before removing a plan.

Create A New Subscription Plan

Use the Create button when you want to add a new subscription plan.

OpenMirai then opens the subscription creation flow, where you can define the plan details and included items.

Open A Subscription Plan

Select a plan row to open its detail page.

Use the detail page when you want to:

• review the plan more closely
• see what content is included
• add or remove items
• review learners using the plan

Understand The Subscription Detail Header

At the top of the detail page, OpenMirai can show:

• a back button
• the subscription plan name
• the plan description
• a status badge
• an action menu

Use this header when you want quick context before changing the plan contents.

Use The Detail Action Menu

The plan detail page action menu includes:

• Edit
• Delete, when deletion is allowed

As on the main list, deletion is only available when the plan has no learners.

Use Edit when you need to update the plan setup. Use Delete only when the plan is no longer needed and is not assigned to learners.

Review The Summary Cards

Below the header, OpenMirai shows summary cards for the plan.

These cards can include:

• monthly price
• number of included courses
• number of included bundles
• number of included products
• learner count

If the plan uses a discounted price, OpenMirai can also show the original price alongside the current one.

Use these cards for a quick snapshot before reviewing the detailed tabs.

Use The Detail Tabs

The subscription detail page includes these tabs:

• Courses
• Bundles
• Products
• Learners

Use each tab to review one part of the subscription plan.

Use The Courses Tab

The Courses tab lets you review the courses included in the subscription.

This tab includes tools such as:

• search
• filters
• sorting
• an Add courses action
• remove actions for included courses

You can remove one course at a time or remove several selected courses together.

Use The Bundles Tab

The Bundles tab lets you review the bundles included in the subscription.

This tab includes tools such as:

• search
• filters
• sorting
• an Add bundles action
• remove actions for included bundles

OpenMirai only lets you add bundles that are eligible for subscription plans.

Use The Products Tab

The Products tab lets you review the products included in the subscription.

This tab includes tools such as:

• search
• filters
• sorting
• an Add products action
• remove actions for included products

Important detail:

• OpenMirai only lets you add digital products to subscription plans

This means physical products are not available in the add-product flow for subscriptions.

Add Items To A Subscription Plan

In the Courses, Bundles, and Products tabs, use the Add action to open a selection dialog.

Inside the dialog, OpenMirai lets you:

• search for items
• filter the list
• select one or more items
• add the selected items to the plan

Use this flow when you want to expand what learners receive from the subscription.

Remove Items From A Subscription Plan

Each item tab supports removing content from the plan.

Depending on the tab, you can:

• remove one item from its row action
• select several items and remove them together

Use this carefully because removing items changes what the subscription includes going forward.

Use The Learners Tab

The Learners tab shows the learners currently using the subscription plan.

This tab includes:

• a search field
• sorting by learner name
• a learner list with avatars and category badges

Use it when you want to review who is currently connected to the plan.

Open A Learner From The Subscription

Select a learner row in the Learners tab to open that learner’s detail page.

Use this when you need to review the learner more closely after identifying them from the subscription list.

If A Tab Shows No Results

If one of the detail tabs shows no results, one of these is usually true:

• the plan does not include any items of that type yet
• no learners are currently using the plan
• the current search or filter is too narrow

Try clearing filters or switching tabs to review another part of the plan.
