Manage Products In The Admin Platform

This guide explains how to use the Products page in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

• search the product catalog
• filter products by category, type, stock, or payment setup
• review product cards at a glance
• open a product detail page
• create a new product
• hide a product
• copy a product ID
• delete one or many products

Open The Product List

To open the product catalog:

1. Go to Management > Products.

This page gives admins a catalog-level view of the products available in the platform.

Understand The Product List Page

At the top of the page, OpenMirai shows:

• the Products title
• the number of matching results
• a Selected mode toggle
• a product type selector
• a search box
• a Create button
• a filter panel

Below that, OpenMirai shows a list of product cards.

Use this page when you want to review or manage many products from one place.

Search Products

Use the search box to find a product by name.

This is useful when:

• your catalog contains many products
• you only remember part of the product name
• you want to open one product quickly

Use The Product Type Selector

Use the product type selector to narrow the list before searching or applying more filters.

This helps when you want to focus on a specific kind of product, such as:

• digital products
• physical products
• products that combine both

Filter The Product List

Use the filter panel to narrow the catalog further.

The available filters can include:

• category
• product type
• stock status
• payment setup

Use filters when you want to focus on a smaller group of products instead of scanning the full catalog.

Understand Product Cards

Each product card can show details such as:

• cover image
• product title
• short description
• product type
• rating
• availability information
• price
• units sold
• level
• stock information for physical products
• an action menu

Cards can also show product status, such as hidden or draft.

Use the card layout when you want a quick snapshot of each product before taking action.

Open A Product

Select a product card to open that product’s detail page.

Use the detail page when you need more information or want to make deeper changes to the product.

Create A New Product

Use the Create button when you want to add a new product.

OpenMirai takes you to the product creation flow, where you can set up the product’s details, pricing, and availability.

Use The Product Action Menu

Each product card includes an action menu.

Available actions can include:

• Hide or Unhide
• Edit
• Copy Product ID
• Delete

Use these actions when you want to manage one product at a time without turning on selected mode.

Hide Or Unhide A Product

Use Hide when you want to remove a product from normal visibility without deleting it.

If a product is already hidden, the menu shows Unhide instead.

OpenMirai asks for confirmation before applying either action.

Edit A Product

Use Edit when you want to make detailed product changes.

On the current Admin flow, this opens that product’s detail editor.

Copy A Product ID

Use Copy Product ID when you need the product’s internal ID for setup, support, or cross-referencing work.

After you select the action, OpenMirai attempts to copy the product ID to your clipboard.

Delete A Product

Use Delete only when the product should be permanently removed.

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before deletion.

The dialog makes it clear that deleting the product is permanent.

Turn On Selected Mode

Use the Selected toggle when you want to work with multiple products at once.

In selected mode, you can:

• choose products with checkboxes
• open the bulk action menu
• run one action for several selected products

This is useful when you need to update a group of products instead of handling them one by one.

Use Bulk Product Actions

When products are selected, OpenMirai can show bulk actions such as:

• Hide
• Delete

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before applying these actions.

Use bulk actions carefully, especially for delete actions that affect many products at once.

Understand Hidden And Draft States

Some product cards can show a visible state label, such as Hidden or Draft.

Use these labels to confirm whether a product is fully available or still limited before you share, edit, or remove it.

If No Products Are Found

If the current view does not match any products, OpenMirai can show an empty state.

This can happen when:

• no products have been created yet
• your search does not match any product names
• your filters are too narrow

Try clearing or changing the search and filters to broaden the list.
