Create and Edit Bundles in the Admin Platform

Learn how to create a bundle, add courses and products, manage delivery settings for physical items, update bundle details, and publish a bundle in the Admin Platform.

This guide explains the main bundle setup and editing flow in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

  • create a new bundle
  • add courses or products to a bundle
  • set bundle pricing and access rules
  • manage delivery options for bundles that include physical products
  • update an existing bundle
  • publish, unpublish, hide, or delete a bundle
  • review bundle feedback

Open The Bundle Flow

You can enter this workflow in two ways:

  1. Go to Management > Bundles.
  2. Select Create to start a new bundle, or open an existing bundle to edit it.

OpenMirai then opens the bundle setup page.

Understand The Bundle Workflow

The bundle workflow uses the same core setup structure for both creating and editing.

The main sections are:

  • About
  • Payment
  • Visibility
  • Items
  • Delivery when needed

When you open an existing bundle, OpenMirai also adds:

  • a header with quick actions
  • a completion bar
  • tabs for Bundle Details and Reviews

Create A New Bundle

When you open Create, OpenMirai shows the bundle setup form with a save bar and section navigation.

Use this page to enter the bundle’s basic details before it appears in the bundle list.

After the bundle is created successfully, OpenMirai returns you to the Bundles page.

Update The About Section

The About section includes the main bundle details:

  • bundle name or title
  • level
  • cover photo
  • preview video
  • media gallery
  • categories
  • description

On the existing bundle page, this section can also include:

  • External buyer count

Important details:

  • the cover photo uses a wide image crop
  • the preview video is optional
  • the media gallery supports multiple items
  • the description editor shows a character count and has a 500-character limit

Use this section when you want to improve how the bundle appears in search, cards, or sales pages.

Set Bundle Payment

The Payment section lets you choose whether the bundle is:

  • Free
  • Paid

If you choose Paid, OpenMirai shows:

  • a price field
  • an estimated income field
  • time-access options

For paid bundles, OpenMirai supports:

  • Lifetime access
  • Limited time access

If you choose limited time access, OpenMirai asks for the number of days.

Important details:

  • the price must be greater than 0
  • the income amount is an estimate after payment processing fees
  • some plans can lock paid content behind an upgrade requirement
  • the page also notes that subscription plans for bundles are managed separately in the Admin Platform

Set Bundle Visibility

The Visibility section controls who can discover and access the bundle.

Available visibility options are:

  • Public
  • Unlisted
  • Internal (By Domain)
  • By Tag

Use these options as follows:

  • Public: visible in marketplace, search, and direct links
  • Unlisted: hidden from marketplace and search, but available through a direct link
  • Internal (By Domain): limited to signed-in learners with approved email domains
  • By Tag: limited to signed-in learners whose profile includes matching tags

Important detail:

  • the current bundle flow does not include a Private visibility option

If you choose Internal (By Domain), OpenMirai shows an Allowed Domains field.

If you choose By Tag, OpenMirai shows an Allowed Tags field.

Add Items To The Bundle

The Items section is where you build the bundle itself.

Use Add Items to open a dialog where you can select:

  • courses
  • products

After you apply the selection, OpenMirai shows the chosen items on the bundle page.

Important details:

  • a bundle must contain at least one item
  • course items and product items are shown separately
  • you can remove individual items from the bundle
  • if the item is a product, you can adjust its quantity inside the bundle

Manage Product Quantities Inside A Bundle

If you add products to a bundle, each product card can show a quantity control.

Use it when:

  • you want the bundle to include more than one unit of a product
  • the bundle should include one product plus one or more additional product items

OpenMirai keeps that quantity as part of the bundle configuration.

Understand When Delivery Settings Appear

The Delivery section only appears when the bundle includes at least one product that is:

  • Physical, or
  • Both digital and physical

If the bundle only contains courses or digital-only products, the delivery section stays hidden.

Add Delivery Options For Physical Items

When the Delivery section appears, use it to define the delivery methods learners can choose for physical items in the bundle.

Use the Add delivery option button to create a delivery method.

Each delivery option can include:

  • name
  • description
  • price
  • delivery time in days
  • delivery location
  • delivery type

Delivery type options are:

  • Delivery
  • Pickup

Delivery location options are:

  • In country
  • International

Important details:

  • if the bundle includes physical products, delivery setup becomes required
  • the bundle must have at least one delivery option in that case
  • OpenMirai also tracks a default delivery option behind the scenes from the available list

Edit Or Delete Delivery Options

Each delivery option card includes a menu with:

  • Edit
  • Delete

Use Edit when you want to change the delivery name, price, time, location, or type.

Use Delete when the delivery method should no longer be available.

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before deleting a delivery option.

Understand The Existing Bundle Page

When you open a saved bundle, OpenMirai shows a fuller management view with:

  • the bundle title in the header
  • the bundle description under the header
  • a completion bar
  • tabs for Bundle Details and Reviews

Use this page when you need to keep working on a bundle after it has already been created.

Use The Header Action Menu

On the existing bundle page, the header action menu can include:

  • Hide or Unhide
  • Preview sales page
  • Delete

Use these actions when you want quick bundle controls without changing the main form.

Important details:

  • Preview sales page opens the learner-facing preview in a separate window
  • Delete is permanent and requires confirmation

Use The Completion Bar

The completion bar shows:

  • the bundle’s current status
  • setup progress
  • a Publish or Unpublish action

Use this area when you want to check whether the bundle is ready to go live or move it back to draft.

Save Bundle Changes

When you edit a saved bundle, OpenMirai shows a save bar on the Bundle Details tab.

Use it to save changes to:

  • about information
  • payment
  • visibility
  • selected items
  • delivery options

After saving, OpenMirai refreshes the bundle information on the same page.

Use The Reviews Tab

Open the Reviews tab when you want to review learner feedback for the bundle.

This tab shows:

  • the rating summary
  • rating breakdown
  • learner reviews

If your role allows review management, the tab can also include:

  • an Add button for external reviews
  • delete controls on existing reviews

Add An External Review

Use Add on the reviews tab when you want to create a curated review manually.

The form includes:

  • first name
  • last name
  • profile picture
  • star rating
  • review text

This is useful when you want to include verified reviews collected outside the platform.

Delete A Review

If review deletion is available for your role, OpenMirai shows a delete action on review entries.

Use it when a review should be removed from the bundle page.

OpenMirai asks for confirmation before deleting the review.

Publish, Unpublish, Hide, Or Delete A Bundle

Use the bundle status and action controls as follows:

  • Publish when the bundle is ready for learners
  • Unpublish when you want to move a live bundle back to draft
  • Hide when you want to remove it from learner view without deleting it
  • Delete when it should be removed permanently

These actions should be used carefully, especially deletion.

If The Page Shows Validation Errors

If required information is missing, OpenMirai highlights the affected section.

Common examples include:

  • missing bundle title
  • missing required pricing details for paid bundles
  • no items selected
  • missing delivery settings when the bundle contains physical products

Review the highlighted fields, correct them, and try again.

If The Page Is Still Loading

When bundle data, categories, or item data is still loading, OpenMirai shows loading states in the form.

Wait until the current values appear before making major edits if you need to confirm what is already saved.
