Review a Learner Profile and Manage Enrollments in the Admin Platform

Learn how to use the learner detail page in the Admin Platform to review profile information, manage course and product enrollments, update internal tags, and pause or reactivate learner access.

This guide explains how to use an individual learner profile in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

  • review one learner in more detail
  • check the learner’s course and product access
  • directly enroll the learner into a course or product
  • remove a learner from a course or product
  • update internal learner tags
  • pause or reactivate the learner account

Open A Learner Profile

To open a learner profile:

  1. Go to Management > Members > Learners.
  2. Select the learner you want to review.

OpenMirai then opens that learner’s profile page.

Understand The Profile Header

At the top of the page, OpenMirai shows a learner profile header with summary information.

This area can include:

  • profile and banner images
  • learner name
  • email address
  • assigned tags
  • summary cards

The summary cards can show:

  • number of courses
  • number of products
  • completion rate

Use this header when you want a quick overview before moving into the detailed tabs.

Understand The Tabs

The learner profile uses three tabs:

  • Courses
  • Products
  • Settings

Use each tab to manage a different part of the learner record.

Use The Courses Tab

The Courses tab shows the learner’s current course enrollments.

This tab includes:

  • a search field
  • sorting by course name
  • sorting by completion rate
  • sorting by quiz score
  • a Direct Enroll button
  • row actions for removing access

Use this tab when you want to review learning progress or manage course access for one learner.

Search Course Enrollments

Use the search field to find one course in the learner’s current course list.

This is useful when:

  • the learner is enrolled in many courses
  • you already know the course name
  • you want to check one enrollment quickly

Sort Course Progress Data

Use the column headers to sort the learner’s courses by:

  • course name
  • completion rate
  • quiz score

Use sorting when you want to compare performance or find the learner’s strongest or weakest results more easily.

Directly Enroll A Learner Into A Course

Use Direct Enroll in the Courses tab to add course access for the learner.

OpenMirai shows a course selection dialog where you can:

  • search for available courses
  • select one or more courses
  • confirm the enrollment

Use this when you want to grant course access without asking the learner to purchase it.

Remove A Learner From A Course

Each enrolled course row includes a remove action.

Use it when the learner should no longer have access to that course.

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before removal.

Important detail:

  • removing a course enrollment is irreversible

Use The Products Tab

The Products tab shows the learner’s current product access.

This tab includes:

  • a search field
  • a Direct Enroll button
  • product cards with remove actions

Use this tab when you want to manage digital product access for one learner.

Search Product Access

Use the search field to find one product in the learner’s current product list.

This is useful when the learner has access to several products and you want to review one specific item.

Directly Enroll A Learner Into A Product

Use Direct Enroll in the Products tab to add product access for the learner.

OpenMirai shows a product selection dialog where you can:

  • search for available products
  • choose one or more products
  • confirm the enrollment

The product enrollment flow is limited to digital products in this Admin experience.

Remove A Learner From A Product

Each product card includes a remove action.

Use it when the learner should no longer have access to that product.

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before removal.

Important detail:

  • removing a product enrollment is irreversible

Use The Settings Tab

The Settings tab shows the learner’s profile details and internal management fields.

Most profile fields on this tab are read-only. This tab is mainly used to review information and update internal tags.

Review Basic Profile Information

The Basic Information section can show:

  • email
  • first name
  • last name
  • phone number

Use this section when you need to confirm the learner’s identity or contact information.

Review Social Media Information

The Social Media section can show linked social profiles such as:

  • Facebook
  • X

These fields are read-only on the learner profile page.

Update Internal Learner Tags

In the Content & Categories section, use the Tag field to add or remove internal tags for the learner.

These tags are for admin use.

OpenMirai describes them as hidden from learners and instructors, so they can be used for internal grouping and operations.

Save Tag Changes

When you change learner tags, OpenMirai shows a save bar.

Use it to save the updated tag list.

After saving, the learner profile refreshes with the new tags.

Review The Learner Description

The Description field is shown in read-only mode on this page.

Use it when you want to review profile content without editing it here.

Review The Learner Address

The Address section can show:

  • address
  • subdistrict
  • district
  • province
  • postal code
  • country

Use this section when you need to review the learner’s recorded address information.

Use The Danger Zone

The Danger Zone section lets you change the learner’s account status.

The available action depends on the learner’s current status:

  • if the learner is active, the button shows Pause Learner
  • if the learner is paused, the button shows Activate Learner

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before applying the change.

Pause A Learner

Use Pause Learner when you need to restrict the learner’s account.

The page explains that this action restricts the learner from purchasing courses and interacting in the community.

Use this when access needs to be limited temporarily.

Reactivate A Learner

If a learner is already paused, use Activate Learner to restore the account.

Use this when the learner should regain normal access again.

If The Page Is Still Loading

When the learner profile first opens, OpenMirai can show loading states while it retrieves:

  • learner profile details
  • course enrollments
  • product enrollments
  • available tags

Wait until the profile finishes loading before making changes.
