Manage Certificate Templates In The Admin Platform

This guide explains how to use the Certificates page in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

• search certificate templates
• filter templates by category
• review certificate cards at a glance
• open a certificate detail page
• create a new certificate template
• edit an existing template
• delete a template you no longer need

Open The Certificate Library

To open the certificate list:

1. Go to Management > Certificates.

This page gives admins a library view of certificate templates used across the platform.

Understand The Certificate List Page

At the top of the page, OpenMirai shows:

• the Certificates title
• the number of matching results
• a search box
• a Create button
• a filter panel

Below that, OpenMirai shows a grid of certificate cards.

Use this page when you want to browse existing templates before opening, editing, or creating one.

Search Certificate Templates

Use the search box to find a certificate template by name.

This is useful when:

• your organization has many templates
• you already know part of the template name
• you want to open one template quickly

Filter By Category

Use the filter panel to narrow the certificate list by category.

This is helpful when your organization groups certificate templates by topic, course type, business area, or another internal structure.

Understand Certificate Cards

Each certificate card can show details such as:

• certificate preview image
• template name
• category badges
• creation date
• number of linked courses
• an action menu

Use the card layout when you want a quick overview of each template before opening it.

Open A Certificate Template

Select a certificate card to open the certificate detail page.

Use the detail page when you want to preview the template more closely or review which courses use it.

Create A New Certificate Template

Use the Create button when you want to add a new certificate template.

OpenMirai opens the certificate creation flow, where you can set up the template design and details.

Use The Card Action Menu

Each certificate card includes an action menu.

Available actions are:

• Edit
• Delete

Use these actions when you want to manage one template directly from the library page.

Edit A Certificate Template

Use Edit when you want to update a certificate template.

This opens the certificate editing flow, where you can change the template design or related settings.

Delete A Certificate Template

Use Delete only when the template should be permanently removed.

OpenMirai shows a confirmation dialog before deletion.

After deletion, the template is removed from the certificate library.

Review Linked Course Count

Each card shows how many courses currently use that certificate template.

Use this number before editing or deleting a template so you understand whether it is already attached to active course content.

If No Certificates Are Found

If the page shows no certificate templates, one of these is usually true:

• no certificate templates have been created yet
• your search does not match any template names
• the current category filter is too narrow

Try clearing or changing your search and filters to broaden the results.
