Update Organization Details And Address

Learn how to use the Admin Platform organization settings page to update your organization name, language, contact details, and address information.

This guide explains how to use the Organization Settings page in the Admin Platform.

Use it when you want to:

  • update your organization name
  • change the preferred language
  • revise the main email or phone number
  • update the organization address
  • complete address details needed for product or billing-related setup

Open The Organization Settings Page

To open the page:

  1. Go to System > Organization Settings.

This page is used for your organization’s main identity and address details.

Understand The Page Layout

The page is divided into two sections:

  • About
  • Address

OpenMirai also shows a save bar when you make changes that need to be saved.

Use the section list on the left when you want to move between these two parts quickly.

Update The About Section

The About section includes the main identity details for your organization.

Fields on this section can include:

  • organization name
  • preferred language
  • email address
  • phone number

Use this section when you want to keep your organization profile current and consistent across the platform.

Change The Organization Name

Use the Organization Name field when the official name of your academy, business, or organization needs to be updated.

This is one of the main identity fields used across the platform.

Set The Preferred Language

Use the Preferred Language field when you want to choose the main language setting for the organization.

This is useful when your team wants a default language that matches how the platform is usually managed.

Update Contact Details

Use the email and phone fields when the primary organization contact information changes.

Keeping these fields current helps maintain consistent business and operational records.

Update The Address Section

The Address section includes the organization’s physical address details.

Fields in this section can include:

  • address
  • subdistrict
  • district
  • province
  • postal code
  • country

Use this section when your business location changes or when the platform needs complete address details for operations.

Understand The Country Field

The country field is shown on this page, but it is displayed as a read-only selector in this flow.

Use it as a reference to confirm the currently saved country value.

Know When Address Details Matter More

In some cases, address details are especially important.

For example, the address can become required when your organization uses product setups that involve physical shipping.

If address information is incomplete in that situation, OpenMirai can show validation feedback until the required fields are filled in.

Save Or Discard Changes

When you edit organization details, OpenMirai shows a save bar.

Use it to:

  • save your updates
  • cancel pending changes before they are applied

This is useful when you want to review everything first before updating the organization record.

Understand Validation Errors

If required information is missing or incomplete, OpenMirai shows field-level validation messages.

Use those messages to see exactly which field still needs attention before saving can succeed.

If The Page Is Saving

While OpenMirai is saving updates, the page can show a saving state in the save bar.

Wait until saving finishes before leaving the page if you want to be sure your latest changes were stored successfully.
